Your mission

As a Business Developer, you'll play a pivotal role in accelerating our growth by establishing new customer relationships and driving strategic sales for our cutting-edge learning programs.

 

From generative AI bootcamps to data analytics, digital culture, and innovation, our programs are designed to equip leaders and executives with the skills they need to thrive in today's fast-paced, digitally-driven landscape.

 

Your mission will be to:

  • Ignite new partnerships: Proactively identify and engage new clients for our open and customized education programs, leveraging your prospecting prowess and relationship-building skills.

  • Unlock growth opportunities: Generate new business opportunities through strategic outreach, fostering long-term, sustainable customer relationships via phone, LinkedIn, and email.

  • Understand and exceed client needs: Gain deep insights into customer challenges and collaborate with our Research and Program Delivery teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

  • Expand our impact: Identify, test, and implement effective sales strategies to grow our customer base for open education programs in Sweden and abroad.

  • Drive comprehensive client engagement: Manage the entire client engagement process for individual clients and our open learning programs, ensuring seamless delivery.

  • Collaborate with industry leaders: Work alongside some of Europe's most influential and innovative companies, empowering them to develop the skills and mindset needed to lead high-performing, fast-moving organizations.

 

To excel in this role, you should:

  • Have 1-5 years of experience in business development, sales, management consulting, or similar roles.

  • Possess a digital mindset and a deep understanding of behaviors in a digital context (you don't need to be an expert yet, but a willingness to learn is a must).

  • Be dynamic and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.

  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills in both written and spoken Swedish and English.

  • Embrace a learning mindset and have a genuine interest in technology, digitalization, and leadership.

  • Embody an A-player mentality, eager to join an extraordinary team and create something truly impactful.

  • Be energetic, result-oriented, personable, highly motivated, and capable of motivating others, with excellent problem-solving skills.
