As we are continuing to grow, we are looking to add to our team a Business Development Executive for our Open Education Programs team. Our new star colleague has the skills and drive to lead from the forefront of our sales team by engaging clients to develop their leadership skills in a digital world. 


Who are you?

  • You have an interest in leadership and digitalization.

  • You are a natural socializer and talented relationship builder who can quickly build empathy and understand someone’s needs.

  • You have at least 2 years of prior experience working in business development with an orientation towards sales. 

  • You have a proven track record of successfully closing deals and are highly results-driven.

  • You have a dynamic personality that thrives in an entrepreneurial and self-driven environment.

  • You have excellent communication skills in Swedish and preferably English as well.

  • You have a learning mindset and a genuine interest in technology, digitalization, and leadership.

  • You are comfortable working in the Office suite and Google suite, with prior experience of working in a CRM-system.

  • You are energetic, results-oriented, have good problem-solving skills, and can easily motivate others.


What will be your mission?

  • Drive the sales process from start to finish for our Open Education Programs which are oriented towards leaders and professionals interested in upgrading their knowledge on technology, transformation, and leadership.

  • Close deals with new clients through active outreach and grow relationships with existing clients.

  • Identify, test, and implement the sales strategies that will grow our client base for our Open Education Programs.

  • Understand the needs of clients and potential clients and collaborate with our Research and Program Delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Build relationships with clients to promote further engagement with our educational programs.
