Stellar Capacity AB (“Stellar Capacity”, “we”, “our” or “us”) is committed to protecting and respecting the integrity of individuals whose personal information we process as part of our products and services. Personally-identifiable information that is collected and how it may be used by Stellar Capacity

Stellar Capacity collects personally-identifiable information on certain areas of the Site when users fill in the contact forms, apply for jobs by emailing us, register for newsletters and sign up for conferences, programs and events. The personally-identifiable information collected may consist of information that you provide, such as your full name, e-mail address, telephone number, and background information required to apply for a job. For recruiting purposes, the information collected may include other personally-identifiable information that you include on your resume and information that you submit as part of your application.

Stellar Capacity uses your personally-identifiable information to process your requests to participate in conferences and events, answer to your requests for information, evaluate any job applications and recruit personnel, distribute newsletters and evaluate and improve our services.

In order to conduct our outreach to acquire new program participants, we source and process personal data of company representatives with a similar profile to previous program participants. The personal data we source is the name of the company representative, the company email address, and role in the company, and the information is collected either from LinkedIn or from the company web page. This is grounded in the lawful basis of the legitimate interest of marketing of our programs to the candidates. The data is stored for 2 years or until the data subject wishes to unsubscribe and have the data removed.


Personal data to third countries

Personal data will only be transferred to a third country if there is an adequate level of protection in the recipient country or if there are particular guarantees that the data and the rights of the individual is protected. Generally, Stellar Capacity refrains from third country transfers.

Under certain circumstances, transfers to third countries may occur regardless of whether there is an adequate level of protection or particular guarantees. These occasions are listed below:

  • If the transfer is necessary for the completion of an agreement between the individual and the person processing the personal data
