Your Role
As a Business Development Associate, you will actively contribute to driving revenue growth and expanding Stellar Capacity’s client base by initiating, managing, and closing sales opportunities.
In this role, you will:

Initiate and drive outreach to both cold and warm prospects, creating new sales opportunities and partnerships.

Own the sales process – from identifying leads to closing deals and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions that drive measurable results.

Represent Stellar Capacity in meetings, presentations, and events, showcasing our expertise and value.
